Welfare and Advice Service

In an average year, the Welfare and Advice Service secures over £3million for older people through grants, health and disability related benefits, pensions and other entitlements.

We are an London-based Irish charity providing help and support to older people, Irish and non-Irish, living in the UK. Please contact us for help with pensions, benefits, and any other aspect of welfare support you may need.

We have advice services located in Hackney, Camden, Kilburn and Stratford.

We have a Phone Helpline that can be called from anywhere in the UK, Ireland and beyond.

Phone Helpline

0207 428 0471, Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm

Our Phone Helpline is staffed by experienced caseworkers. They will be able to give advice over the phone, make you an appointment if this is helpful, and make referrals to other organisations on your behalf.

We are committed to ensuring our Phone Helpline is accessible to older people and have therefore not created an automated service. You will get through to a person or you will be able to leave a message and we aim to get back to you within three working days. â€‹
